When customers purchase products or parts through our customer portal, payment information may be collected and processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Depending on the payment method used, this may include payment card information and other information necessary to process the transaction. We do not intend to store complete payment card information on our own servers. Payment information is processed by Stripe in accordance with its privacy and security practices.
We do not knowingly collect precise geolocation or employment history data through this website. Access to customer portal information is restricted to authorized users associated with the applicable customer account.

- Contact Forms: When you submit a Product Request Form, Automation Request Form, Service Request Form, or Contact Us Form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, product serial number (when applicable), and details about your request so we can respond and provide the requested products or services.
- Customer Portal: When authorized users register for or access our secure customer portal, we collect account information necessary to authenticate users, provide access to company specific dashboards, and maintain the security of customer data. Information available through the portal may include testing records, calibration history, service records, uploaded documents, and other account related information.
- Purchases and Payments: When you purchase products or parts through our customer portal, we collect information necessary to process and fulfill your order. Payment information is submitted through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Stripe processes payment information on our behalf and may collect and process information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.
- Popups/lead capture (OptinMonster): If you submit your email through a popup or on-site form, we collect that email to follow up or add you to our mailing list, with your consent.
- Email Marketing (MailerLite): If you submit one of our website forms or become a customer, we may use your contact information to respond to your inquiry, provide information about our products and services, communicate account updates, technical support, and other business related matters. Where permitted by applicable law, we may also manually add your name and email address to our MailerLite mailing list to send product updates, company news, and marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our marketing emails or by contacting us at sales@tite-n.com. MailerLite is not embedded on our website and does not place cookies on your device through this site.
- Advertising (Meta Pixel): We use Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and, where enabled, to show you relevant ads based on your interaction with our website.
